Welcome to Enflamme’s Terms and Conditions page. Please read through the following information before you place an order as by placing this order, you are bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below. Enflamme reserves the right to update these details at any time and will notify you by updating the information on this page.

Burn Time and dimensions

Actual burn time of our candle products depends on a number of ambient factors therefore the times given are approximate. All product dimensions are to the nearest mm and are subject to change without notice.

Candle safety is extremely important. We recommend that you read our safety guide before you use your new candle.

Shipping

Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days. Delivered anywhere in Australia. If you live in a rural area you may experience a slightly longer delivery time. For international delivery/shipping: Please contact sales@enflamme.com.au.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a store credit, within 30 days of your purchase.Just email our customer service team at sales@enflamme.com.au and our friendly customer service team will help you organise your return. All we ask is the product is in original condition.Once we receive your products back at our store the credit will be applied to your account.
Conditions:

  • Product must be returned, and arrive back as you received it.
  • On return, your products will be inspected, please ensure that you take adequate measures to return items as new, as re-postage will be at your expense.
  • You must contact us before returning anything, and obtain a return authorisation.
  • Return Shipping is at the expense of the customer.
  • 30 day return policy starts from the invoice date of your order.

FAULTY GOODS

If you think there is a fault with your candle that you’ve received, please contact us immediately at sales@enfamme.com.au. We would be more than happy to replace any faulty goods.please note that it is necessary to provide photographic evidence of the damaged goods.

GOODS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.

Here at enflamme we do our best to make sure your goods arrive on time and in good condition.if your goods haven’t arrived an investigation will be done.These inquires can take up to 10 business days. If after ten days the parcel cannot be found enflamme will resend your order.

You agree to have sole responsibility for adequate protection and backup of data and/or equipment used in connection with the website and will not make a claim against Enflamme for lost data, re-run time, data corruption, communication interception, inaccurate output, work delays or lost profits resulting from any use of this website.

Enflamme may de-identify information and share non-personal, non-individual information with our partners in aggregate form for research analysis. For example, we will not show that you purchased a specific item but rather, how many customers purchased that item.

This information includes the number of times a web page is accessed, the browser used, and paths taken when moving through the website. This information is used to improve and personalize your shopping experience.
